Delivery Information

Within the United States, Real Time Pain Relief will deliver all orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. Once you have been notified that your order has been shipped, please allow 6-10 business days for delivery. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us by Clicking Here

PPE Return Policy/COVID-19 Update: All PPE related items are final sale and non-returnable. -To ensure the safety of our employees and customers we do not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale of PPE on our website. These are medical supplies, once they leave our control, we cannot ensure they have not been tampered with.

Retail Return Policy

Real Time Pain Relief has a Risk-Free Return Policy for our Retail Customers. If you don’t love your Real Time Pain Relief, send it back (opened, unopened or empty), and receive your money back! To return an item, contact RTPR at 877-787-7180 for Return Authorization number and return shipping address. To expedite the process, follow all instructions given by your customer service representative. Shoppers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of returned products and will be returned to the original method of payment. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process based on your financial institution.

Additional Terms

Real Time Pain Relief will send occasional emails to notify you of special offers! We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service. Additional Program terms apply to Wholesale customers found in their Control Panel.
